Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
Zinlead is a leads-management service operated by Shakir Aqeel, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, "Zinlead", "we" and "us" mean that person and that business. "You" means the person or organisation using the service.

2. The service
Zinlead is a web application for managing sales leads. You create a workspace, invite agents to it, and record leads, activities and follow-ups against them. The service is provided as it is described on our website at the time you subscribe.
We may change, add or remove features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will tell the workspace owner by email before it takes effect wherever we reasonably can.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- A workspace has exactly one owner — the person who created it. Everyone else is an agent.
- The owner controls who has access, what each agent can see, and the workspace's settings.
- Each plan includes a fixed number of users, and the owner counts as one of them. Pending invitations occupy a place until they are accepted or revoked.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for what happens under your account.
- You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
4. Your data stays yours
Everything you put into Zinlead belongs to you. Leads, contact details, notes, activities, follow-ups and settings are your data, not ours. We store and process them so that we can provide the service to you, and for no other purpose. We do not sell them, rent them, or use them to train anything.
How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to hold the personal data you put into Zinlead — for example, having a lawful basis to store a prospect's phone number — and for complying with the law that applies to you when you contact those people.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Zinlead to:
- send unsolicited bulk messages, or to store contact lists obtained unlawfully;
- break any law that applies to you or to the people whose details you store;
- attempt to access another workspace's data, probe our systems for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service for anyone else;
- resell or sublicense the service without a written agreement with us.
We may suspend a workspace immediately, without refund, if we reasonably believe it is being used for any of the above.
6. Plans, trials and payment
- Every new workspace starts on a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to begin.
- Our plans and prices are published at /pricing.
- Customers paying in PKR are invoiced directly and pay by bank transfer.
- Customers paying in USD pay by card. For those purchases our payment provider acts as the merchant of record and is the seller of record for the transaction; their terms govern the sale, and these terms govern the service.
- Card payments for USD plans are collected by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to those payments.
- Yearly plans are billed once for twelve months at the price shown, which includes two months free.
- Prices may change. An existing subscription keeps its price until the end of the period already paid for.
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
7. What happens if payment lapses
We do not delete your data the moment a subscription ends. The sequence is:
- Seven days' grace. The workspace keeps working normally. The owner is warned by email and in the app before the date and during this period.
- Read-only. Everyone can still sign in and see everything. Nothing new can be added, edited or moved.
- Suspended. Access to the workspace stops.
At every stage, your data is still there and nothing has been deleted. Paying restores access.
8. Cancelling and deleting
You may stop using Zinlead at any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
If you want your workspace and its data deleted permanently, email support@zinlead.com from the owner's address and we will do it. Deletion is irreversible.
9. Availability
We work to keep Zinlead available and we take backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We do not offer a service-level guarantee.
10. No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with Zinlead is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or loss of data beyond that amount.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell the workspace owner by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
